Something that makes me smile!

So I have a dear friend who I talk to on a daily basis, when I feel down it always makes me smile to read something from one of our correspondences.

It goes like this:
May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness.
May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
